Terms of Service

These terms cover VoraClip, a macOS app made by Vora Tech LLC (“we”). By downloading or using VoraClip you agree to them.

Trial and license

You may use VoraClip free for 14 days. After that, pasting from VoraClip needs a license. A license is a one-time purchase that lets you use VoraClip on the number of Macs it was bought for, for as long as you like, including future updates of VoraClip. You may move a license between your own Macs. You may not share, resell or publish license keys.

Purchases

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the licensing system, remove license checks, or use VoraClip to break the law. We may revoke licenses obtained by fraud, chargeback or key sharing.

No warranty

VoraClip is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for your license.
